On November 13-14, 2024, PENSEC and TIRARC Solution collaboratively hosted a highly engaging security training program titled “Law and Ethical Considerations in Security” at ITPA, Bayan Baru, Penang. This hands-on training was developed based on the National Occupancy Skills Standards (NOSS) Competencies, equipping participants with critical knowledge on laws and regulations related to security management, the powers and limitations of security officers, legal compliance and documentation, ethical principles, and professional development. The sessions were expertly delivered by Mohd Azmin Mohd Zain, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in protective and industrial security, talent development, and business process design. This impactful program aimed to elevate the standards of security professionals through a blend of practical insights and self-improvement strategies.
